The seminar provided national statistical offices with a = forum to share ideas and discuss approaches to cope with the distortions ca= used by the activities of multinational enterprises on the production of st= atistics. The seminar addressed globalisation in the context of national ac= counts and the effect on gross domestic product, gross national income and = other parts of the accounts.
