every page has the same toolbar at the top containing these useful things:
- breadcrumbs for seeing where you are in the site
- a search box and links to View, Edit, add Attachments or see Info about the page you're on
every page has a heap of useful links in the footer for things like:

See the list of all existing pages
Edit a page - click on Edit in top right corner of any page
Add a new page
- go to the page that you want to be the parent page
- click Add Page in the footer toolbar
- give the page a Title (it must be unique)
- add the content
Add a comment
- go the page you want to comment on
- click Add Comment in the footer toolbar
Add an attachment
- go the page
- click Add Attachment in the footer toolbar
Add News
- Got something to share? Add news by clicking on Add News in the footer toolbar. Your story will appear on the home page
Watch a page (ie receive an email every time a particular page is changed)
- go to the page
- click on the email (envelope) icon in the footer toolbar
Print or convert a page to PDF
- these tools are available, guess where.... in the footer toolbar!
