How to use this website

 
Human Resources Management and Training (HRMT) are crucial elements for statistical offices to meet user demand. This wiki is the place for the National Statistical Offices (NSO) to exchange experiences in the field in order to facilitate the development of good practices and to meet both current and future needs and challenges in HRMT.

• This Wiki gives users access to information about upcoming as well as past meetings and workshops, and provide relevant materials regarding HRMT.
  Currently, this includes information about Human Resources Management Concept (HRMC), examples of surveys on staff satisfaction survey and exit interviews, and the 2012 questionnaire on Training and HR policy prepared by Statistics Netherlands.
• Survey documents on competence and training evaluations now available from Statistics Lithuania

• We have also created a forum for discussion. 

Electronic version of the publication Human Resources Management and Training: Compilation of good practices in Statistical Offices is now available online.
