UN/CEFACT UCM Tokyo notes. Scott Hinkelman 9/12/2008. + Looked at Wiki and Identified docs from Tony that should be archived. We generated a spread sheet to identify status of docs. Concerning the Wiki, Scott suggested a new area for 'Latest Wok Product'. Seems like a good idea. Reference Architecture: + initiated a UCM glossary + reviewed architecture document (F2F discussion) Classification modeling effort: + Tony / Gunther provided update on the merged model. Latest document is on the Wiki. + Much discussion and clarification for understanding on this model. + Scott introduced a proposal to have UCM define a UML Profile. The team agreed. + Scott also introduced a simple tree model aligned with the proposed profile. Nikola added refinements. This identified the so-called 'US/Texas' issue - relating to the meaning of parent/child classification. + The team will align the merged model with the UML profile. Updates were made to the initial UML Profile. + The team will look for consistency between the tree model and the combined model and both models will be continosly reviewed. - Need to change the 'owner' attribute in the profile to 'AgencyID'. Review document from Nickolaus Shaling (TBG14 on the phone) based on the drawing he presented in Mexico. Now on the Wiki. + the team likes this use case and will work with Niki for further understanding and go over the Ref Architecture. + we need to insure the Ref Arch and the Classification model can support BP calssification. Schedule readjustment discussion: + The team agreed that end of 1st Q 2009 is our target for ODP4 end. Other: + Mark coordinated a table on items which all members think should be in each document. This does not mean we agree yet on these lists.
